At Awami Sasta Bazar, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below:
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Items that cannot be returned include:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, beverages)

Personal care products (e.g., cosmetics, hygiene products)

Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

Items damaged due to customer misuse
2. Return Process
To request a return, please contact us via email at awamisastabazar@gmail.com or WhatsApp with:

Reason for return

Photo/video evidence (if the item is defective or damaged)
Once your request is approved, we will guide you through the return process.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment or as store credit, depending on your preference.
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
4. Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will exchange it at no additional cost. Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
5. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they haven’t been shipped. Once dispatched, orders are subject to the return process outlined above.
